Soy Profesora titular en el Departamento de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Católica del Uruguay. Socióloga y Doctora en Gobierno y Administración Pública por el Instituto Ortega y Gasset/Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Mi trabajo ha sido publicado en revistas como Governance, Social Policy and Administration, Feminist Economics, Latin American Research Review, Government Information Quarterly, International Journal of Social Welfare, Journal of Family Issues, Journal of Family Studies, Journal of Transport Geography, Journal of Urban Affairs, entre otros. Soy investigadora nivel 2 del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores de Uruguay.

I hold a PhD in Government and Public Administration from the Ortega y Gasset Institute/Complutense University of Madrid.
